that girl is obviously not into you. you are flustered and incoherent in your comments on this blog. may i also remind you that you are banned from posting and commenting on this blog (nathanjoseph.blogspot.com) for life. please discontinue your communication in my forums.
1. You said I was banned from posting on this blog. You never said anything about commenting.
2. If you'll notice, the official account I am posting from is "anonymous," not the "Jeff" account. That one has been retired, as per your wishes. Therefore, I am not technically breaking any rules.
3. If you are a proponent of free speach (and as a Canadian citizen, I assume that you are,) I think you'll find that silencing my voice on your blog contradicts those values. Perhaps you ought to reconsider.
I do not object to you taking hidden camera pictures of me while I am drunk, and then posting them, for this same reason.
Also, upon further consideration, I have decided that this girl (whose name escapes me at the moment,) and her bizarre reactions to me captured in these photos are due to being photographed by you (were you hiding in a freaking basket or what?) and not by my antics, which had, up to that point, amused and entertained her.
As a final word on your blog, and posting, I admit that what I did, those fateful two weeks ago, was a mistake, a professional mistake, yes. But I also ask that you please not demonize me; that does not seem like something one blogger ought to do to another.
cheers
Jeff

Though you have made several points in your defense, your arguments seem to be more driven by emotion than logic.
Firstly, my exact words, written explicitly in bold face font, were "From now on, Jeff Cunningham is banned permanently from posting on this blog." The Merriam-Websters online dictionary defines “posting” as “to publish, announce, or advertise…” Note that in order to comment on this blog, one must type a comment in the comments box and then press the button “Login and Publish.” Because “publishing” falls under the act of “posting,” which even you acknowledge is a prohibited act for you to take part in on this blog, it is quite clear that by commenting you are violating the restrictions that I have placed upon you.
Your second point is ridiculous and holds no logical merit.
In regards to your third point, yes, I am a proud Canadian and I a proponent of free speech or “freedom of expression” as outlined under section 2(b) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Not only am I a believer in this fundamental right, but it is the law. However, the Charter only allows for this freedom to be practiced within “reasonable limits” of the law. I do not know of any Judge in the region that would define your management of this blog during the first two weeks of May 2005 as “reasonable.” Thus, you are entitled to the punitive restrictions that I have set forth (described in further detail under “Emergency Post”).
In the last paragraph of your post, I did note a hint of regret for you actions. Unfortunately, you did not go so far as to deliver a clear and formal apology to the readers and myself. This only serves to reinforce my theory that you are slightly psychotic and cannot feel remorse even for the most severe and extreme of offences.
So let me conclude by making this statement: Jeff, you are banned from this blog. Please do not post ANYWHERE on nathanjoseph.blogspot.com - this includes the comments section. You have offended me and many of my readers and you are not allowed to participate in this blog in ANY FORM WHATSOEVER.
Dear Jeff, I don't want to sound harsh, but Nathan's right. Your comments on this blog have done nothing but upset a large majority of the readership.
You are nuisance.
I thought you were an okay guy in high-school -- and even over the past two-three years -- but making poorly disguised, disparaging comments about my romanitc-interest is extremely cowardly.
If you have something to say to me, or to my close friend, who will remain anonymous, say it to our faces, or not at all.
Emphatically,
Ryan
Post Script: You constantly spell speech incorrectly. There is no "a" in speech.
